RD University (RDU) is the RD Corporation’s competency-based training and organizational development platform that aims to aid in RD Group’s Succession Planning Program. It outlines the various training and organizational development programs that target to develop or enhance the following competencies:

6. Leadership

Its goal is to hone the future leaders of RD Group who shall embody its core values (FIRE) and its core competencies and provide cost-effective and competency-based courses through blended learning approaches.
