  • Download the Splashtop SOS app (Windows OS or Mac OS).
  • For mobile devices running Android and iOS, the app can be downloaded from these devices respective app store.
  • Launch the downloaded program.
  • Give the 9-digit number to your IT personnel that will provide technical remote access.
