Minimum qualifications:
Internal Applicant

  • Regular employee of the bank; and
  • With at least three (3) years experience in marketing and banking operation at officer level.

External Applicant

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business course;
  • With at least five (5) years experience in marketing and banking operation at officer level;
  • With good oral and written communication skills;
  • With basic knowledge and understanding of financial statements;
  • Analytical;
  • Resourceful;

Relationship Banking Officers

Minimum qualifications:

Internal Auditor

Minimum qualifications:

  • Must be flexible and willing to travel.

External Applicant

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology;
  • Willing to travel and be assigned in other areas within Penbank branches to conduct audits.

Training Assistant

Minimum qualifications:

  • With an average academic performance; and
  • Graduate of AB/BS Psychology; or AB/BS Communication; or Business Course¬†with HR as major/concentration.

Accounting Staff

Location: Head Office

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology;
  • Preferably with atleast 1-2 years experience in the related field;
  • Proficient in word and excel.

POOL STAFF

Location: Isulan Business Center

Minimum qualifications:

  • With 2-3years of experience in the banking operations.

LOANS PROCESSOR

Location: DAVAO MAGALLANES and DIGOS

Minimum qualifications:

  • With an average academic performance; and
  • Graduate of four (4) year business course.

NEW ACCOUNTS CLERK

Location: Gensan Fishport and RD Plaza

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate of four (4) year business course; and
  • With an average academic performance.
